Natalia is the Founder and CEO of Goldfish, a leading Influencer Marketing agency in Colombia and one of the most important in Latin America. Goldfish has been in the market for 11 years and has worked with over 700 clients in the region through its offices in Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Chile and Panama.
Natalia was recognized as the Best Agency Leader in Colombia in the Top 10 P&M 2024 Awards. She was also chosen as one of the Women to Watch 2022 for her contributions to the communications, marketing and advertising sector in the country.
Prior to Goldfish, Natalia worked at Google as Sales Manager and before that, she worked 8 years at Procter & Gamble, in different marketing roles.
Natalia is a business administrator, has an MBA, a specialization in Marketing and a specialization in Project Management, as well as degrees from Harvard University, Wharton and MIT.
